I feel the best way to deal with anger and loneliness is to not take it out on anyone else, instead reach out to someone instead of being angry with them. Knowing what someone else is going through and getting their full side of the story is extremely important because you can learn something about them instead of having all of these angry judgements about them that might not even be true. Not only will you make a friend but you can get rid of your anger and develop a new habit by communicating and expressing your concerns!
